To more easily manage household or business expenses, look into getting a gas credit card. Gas station credit cards allow you the option of getting separate cards for family members or employees that are all linked to the same account. When you get your monthly statement, purchases will be separated based on which card was used for which purpose. You'll know instantly who is spending what. This can come in handy especially during tax time when you need to have a good picture of your business spending.
